Rotary Peninsula 2.0, together with Seaford Little Athletics, ran another successful Seaford Wetlands Fun Run on 26 Nov 2023.![]()

385 participants and 60 volunteers worked together to raise funds to support Kindred Clubhouse, Seaford Little Aths, and other local community groups.![]()

We were honoured to be joined by our friends, family, members from other Rotary Clubs, some of our sponsors, and recipients, who collectively have received over $330,000 for 50 organisations. ![]()

Sandhurst Golf Course was a beautiful setting, where we enjoyed a delicious buffet dinner, followed by dancing to the band, Grandstone.![]()

Our Founder, Trudy Poole, wanted to create a new type of Rotary Club, to bring Rotary into the 21st century. Trudy has been tremendously successful in creating a club that run projects which benefits so many, both here and overseas.![]()

Rotary Peninsula 2.0 and SEEN Portrait Studio worked together to raise funds for women and girls in the Ukraine through RAWCS.![]()
Over $4000 was raised, a great example of Rotary working with businesses in Business Networking International (BNI).
My beautiful BNI colleague Marina Morgan is having a Grand Opening of her new photographic studio next week, Friday 1 September.![]()
Marina is turning this event into a fundraiser. The admission price will be sent to our Rotary Club Peninsula 2.0, which will be used to help women and girls in the Ukraine who are suffering from the severe impacts of the war.![]()

Eighteen years ago today, these four kids - along with 20 other grubby street kids stepped into a classroom for the very first time. ![]()

Today they are Electricians, Dementia Care Workers, Civil Engineers and Social Workers... just four of the amazing careers the Gecko kids have fought for and won. ![]()

Their journey – all 100+ of them - has been phenomenal. Today we celebrate all that we are and have achieved together. ![]()

Rotary Peninsula 2.0 held it's Changeover Dinner on 4 July, where Outgoing President Richard Jones acknowledged the tremendous contribution our Club makes to the community, and Incoming President Diana O'Malley was inducted.![]()

Paul Harris Fellows were presented to Karen Simonsen and Alistair Buchanan from the Seaford Little Athletics Club, for their outstanding contribution to our Seaford Wetlands Fun Run and to supporting the Little Aths community. Congratulations Karen and Al, very well deserved awards.![]()

Mayor Nathan Conroy thanked Peninsula 2.0 for the many projects we do in the local community, creating a sense of hope and well being for so many in our area.![]()

A warm welcome was extended to our Rotaractors from Phnom Penh, a Rotarian from Nepal, and visitors from other clubs, to Poolie's Place, for a wonderful dinner and night of fellowship.![]()

President of the Rotaractors, Sokun, gave an excellent presentation on how the Rotaractors are giving back to their community. The future of Cambodia is in good hands with these young people.![]()
