We have dontated $500 to assist with the purchasing of medical supplies for a hospital in Vanuatu. A group of students studying a Bachelor of Midwifery at Australian Catholic University, Melbourne will be travelling to the Northern Provincial Hospital, Santos, Vanuatu in late June to deliver this equipment and assist medical staff during their stay. Not only is this an opportunity for students to experience medical and maternity care in a developing country, it also offers an opportunity to assist the local community with fundraising for basic equipment.
